Meet Dr. Frank Pettinato
Dr. Pettinato is a board-certified pediatric dentist with 25+ years of experience, advanced specialty training, and a family legacy in pediatric dentistry.
He founded A Safari Dental in 2007 and grew it into a beloved practice before selling it in 2019. Cool Kid Dental is the next chapter, a North Port pediatric dentist office built entirely around what kids and families actually need.
His work has reached beyond the chair, too. Dr. Pettinato co-authored the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry study “Rural Versus Urban Analysis of Dental Procedures Provided to Virginia Medicaid Recipients,” reflecting a long-standing commitment to access and care for every child.
